Cancellation Policy
All sales of our services are final and non-refundable. The services that we offer are all valid for one month and are automatically billed each consecutive month until cancellation notice is received. If you decide to cancel your membership/advertisement, please notify IMEX Resource, LLC at:
*** Please title the subject of your email as "Cancellation" ***
*** Please be sure to include your Username and the Services you would like to Cancel ***
Your membership/advertisement will be valid through the end of the period in which you decide to cancel. If your cancellation occurs near the end of a billing period and your cancellation is not in effect before the next billing cycle occurs, then IMEX Resource, LLC will refund your money for any unapproved activity following your cancellation. The date of cancellation will be considered the date your e-mail is received.
